My stay at itc dharmshala was amezing. We really enjoyed every thing an every moment during our stay we were served tasty food by chef vipan and his team .and I really appreciate the efforts of all team ITC for giving their best of their own places this property is located in between of trees and the view is wonderful you can see the mountains in front and also Mr. Harsh was wonderful we enjoyed his singing.. thank you everyone

swimming pool side view is super excellent, walk is require as its cottages, gr plus one, should take view cottage, nice food, only nic e hotel in Tahu. away from main dharamshala, require vehicle to reach anywhere.

One of the best places to stay in Dharamshala. Loved the property and the rooms, the view is mesmerizing. The staff is top-notch, Rohit in service was and excellent guy to have around, the food tastes really good and loved the service. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

I went with my twins and had the worst time of life. Specially Mr. Rahul (front office manager) at the reception was the worst of staff there. Even after knowing that we were with kids he made our check out one hell of an experience. I really hope strict action against him is taken. Hotel is fine but not worth at all. So many stairs makes it feel like hiking more than a luxury vacation. For a bottle of water Rs. 100 was charged. For 7 ounces milk for baby they charged Rs.125. This was totally unjustified. They charge for a small little thing you use. I reached the restaurant almost after the breakfast was over. Still for just sitting at the restaurant they charged us for the breakfast. All these are still manageable since it's just about money. Worst was the behavior of Mr. Rahul the staff during check out.
